Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints, and experience working with low voltage and power tools. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, safety, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately install and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in industrial or construction environments.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete electrical tasks.
- Work with low voltage systems as well as high voltage power supplies in compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Qualifications & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an electrician in commercial, industrial, or construction settings.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Experience working with low-voltage systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction procedures, ESA requirements, and on-site safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Valid electrician license or trade certification
- Must have hands-on experience in:
- Restaurant electrical Wiring
- Dental office electrical wiring, including chair power, X-ray circuits, and dedicated medical loads
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, safety standards, and meeting project deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
