We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Care Aide (RCA) to join our dedicated team. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and maintaining their comfort, independence, and well-being. Both live-in and live-out options are available.

  • Registered Care Aide certification or nursing background preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (mandatory).
  • Proven skill in mobility support, transfers, and personal care. Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work both live-in and live-out shifts.
  • Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply; those who can speak in Japanese, Greek, German, Chinese, Filipino, Punjabi, or other languages, as we proudly serve a diverse and multicultural community.
