Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Property Manager, located in Toronto, ON. The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, managing tenant relations, handling leases and lease administration, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, enforcing property rules and regulations, and ensuring compliance with local laws.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- 3 years minimum of Residential Property Management experience
- Knowledge of building systems
- Ability to manage budgets and understand financial statements
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
