Parts Administrator needed for an immediate start. Our fast-paced auto body shop is situated in a rural area near Alberta Beach, conveniently located off Hwy 43 on Hwy 633. Desired qualifications/knowledge,

  • Track parts and inventory in computer management system
  • Order / Receive / Return required parts
  • Coordinate parts Picks ups / Returns / Repairs with parts drivers
  • Follow up with vendors re: Missed / Damaged / Extra parts
  • Ensure parts are received within repair schedule
  • Ensure parts are received in insurance quality condition
  • Ensure parts are returned in a timely manner
  • Track parts credits
  • Load - Unload parts vehicle
  • Mirror match parts
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Track shop supplies
  • Keep parts office and bay area clean and organized
  • Knowledge of parts an asset
