ODP Rehab Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic is a boutique multidisciplinary clinic located in a high-traffic and growing area of Oshawa. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who wants to build a strong caseload in a supportive, modern, and patient-centered environment.

Our clinic is expanding, and we are excited to welcome a talented RMT to our team as we continue to grow.

Position: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

We are seeking a passionate Registered Massage Therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality massage therapy treatments, therapeutic care, and patient education. The ideal RMT is professional, reliable, and eager to grow within a multidisciplinary team.

This is a great opportunity for both experienced RMTs and new graduate RMTs looking to build a caseload.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide high-quality therapeutic massage therapy treatments
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment
  • Document sessions using JaneApp / e-charting software
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists and other clinicians
  • Educate patients on stretching, home care, and self-management
  • Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment
  • Support patient-centered care in a fast-growing clinic
  • Build and grow your massage therapy caseload

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with CMTO
  • Professional liability insurance (if contractor)
  • Experience in a clinic or rehabilitation setting is an asset
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • New graduate RMTs welcome

Compensation

  • Pay: $40.86-$90.25 per hour equivalent
  • Options:
  • Percentage split (independent contractor)
  • Hourly rate
  • Hybrid or profit share

Schedule

  • Full-time available
