As our next Stores Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of supporting the Maintenance Department by coordinating stockroom activities, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring timely product flow to internal customers. Your expertise in inventory handling, customer service, and stockroom operations will be crucial in driving our success and keeping our facility running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:


• Verifying supplier shipments, including quantities and descriptions.

• Unpacking shipments and placing products in designated stock locations.

• Serving internal customers at the stockroom window or counter.

• Performing physical inventory counts and maintaining accurate manual and computerized records.

• Supporting receiving, cycle counts, draw and return transactions.

• Backing up MRO by expediting supplier shipments and coordinating emergency shipments.

• Refilling vending machines and coordinating receiving issues with accounting/finance.

• Supporting maintenance and purchasing departments with documentation, parts kitting, and special projects.

• Ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems.

What We're Looking For:


• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or stockroom environments (asset).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of maintenance, repair, operations, and production products (asset).

• Ability to lift up to 36 lbs.

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Bonus Points If You Have:


• Experience supporting maintenance or MRO environments.

• Familiarity with documentation management or inventory software.
