About The Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to support the delivery and ongoing evolution of the CDT project.

This role will lead end to end QA strategy and execution, including the design and implementation of a multi year testing strategy and automated regression framework across multiple project phases and production support.

You will work closely with project managers, vendors, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality, delivery alignment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive multi year test strategy for a large scale, enterprise justice system
  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of an automated regression test suite for Phase 1 and Phase 2 releases
  • Oversee and participate in functional, non functional, system integration, regression, and UAT testing
  • Manage and track defects, break fixes, and change requests, ensuring traceability across requirements and test artifacts
  • Coordinate testing activities across project delivery and production support streams
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, developers, and business teams to align QA efforts with project timelines
  • Identify testing risks early and take proactive actions to mitigate quality or schedule impacts
  • Track and report on QA metrics, test progress, and quality indicators, providing clear and timely status updates
  • Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute QA perspectives to design, development, and integration activities

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 8+ years of QA experience, including leading QA teams in enterprise environments
  • Hands on experience with defect tracking tools and collaborative change management processes
  • Experience with automated testing tools and version control systems, preferably Selenium and Microsoft DevOps
  • Strong experience coordinating testing activities with project managers and cross functional teams
  • Solid understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Strong conceptual skills with the ability to see the big picture and integrate QA standards across initiatives
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skill

Nice to Have

  • Experience planning and executing large scale testing initiatives
  • Knowledge of structured development and testing methodologies
  • Experience with data testing, performance testing, and integration testing
  • Experience supporting and participating in User Acceptance Testing
  • Previous experience working in government or public sector environments
