Wages are to be determined by experience according to established pay scales.

Competencies:

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must have strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must have strong mechanical skills
• Must have ability and willingness to work the scheduled shifts
• Must have the ability to lift items of 401bs and perform duties involving repetitive stretching motions and standing
• Must have Meet all Pre Employment requirements
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Experience working in a Production Environment

The Production Finisher prepares the Press rolls to the proper customer specs and packages the product for Shipping.

:

• Winds down the rolls to the correct size
• Confirms that all Customer specifications have been meet
• Prepares boxes for the product
• Packages the product for Shipping

:Abides by all Management System policies, follows procedures, work instructions and other requirements including adherence to EH&S Act regulations.

• Obligation to take any necessary steps/actions to continue adherence to the Management System (quality and environmental). If the necessary steps are outside assigned authority, thei-e is an obligation to bring the issue to his/her Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required by the Manager/Supervisor
