Position Overview

We are seeking a Master's-level Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) or Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is warm, empathetic, and confident in working independently while being open to team collaboration. This role is suited for someone looking to build or expand their private practice within an established clinic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents (in-person and/or virtual)
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with client goals
  • Maintain clinical records in compliance with CRPO/OCSWSSW standards
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the clinic when appropriate
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Active registration and good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (students under supervised practice may be considered)
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is an asset: trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship issues, or motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M3L 1A5
