Solution Delivery Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Solution Delivery Manager with deep experience in networking, Microsoft 365, and cloud migrations to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary

As Solution Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex IT solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, including onboarding, project execution, and ongoing service delivery. You will manage technical assessments, coordinate resources, and ensure successful implementation of projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune/SharePoint rollouts, network upgrades, hardware refreshes, and security solutions. This senior role is critical to driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Engagement:

• Lead technical assessments for prospects, identifying business needs, technical requirements, and potential solutions to drive new client acquisition.

• Participate in review calls with prospects and clients, presenting assessment findings and proposed solutions.

• Lead and participate in client onboarding, cloud migrations, and infrastructure upgrades for new and expanding clients.

• Collaborate with clients to implement IT solutions that align with their business needs from initial design through successful project completion.

• Provide recommendations for improving IT security, performance, and efficiency as part of solution design and project delivery.

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Solutions:

• Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, troubleshooting and projects (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune).

• Configure and deploy Intune for device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.

• Configure and maintain Entra ID for authentication, conditional access, identity protection, and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Handle tenant-to-tenant migrations, domain changes, and hybrid configurations.

• Implement security best practices, including MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP policies.

• Develop and implement SharePoint governance strategies, including site provisioning, access management, external sharing controls, and data lifecycle policies.

• Define and implement Copilot governance strategies, including data access policies, security configurations, compliance adherence, and responsible AI usage.

Networking & Infrastructure:

• Design, deploy, and maintain firewalls, switches, VLANs, wireless access points, and ZTNA solutions (Watchguard, Sophos, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, TailScale or similar).

• Troubleshoot and optimize network performance.

• Assist with VoIP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory integration in hybrid environments.

• Perform network security assessments and implement firewall rules, segmentation, and access controls.

Technical Escalations:

• Provide expert technical guidance and problem-solving during client onboarding and initial project phases.

• Investigate complex performance issues, outages, and security incidents.

• Work closely with vendors and external support teams to resolve escalated issues.

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment.

• Demonstrated experience performing technical assessments and solution design for prospects or new clients.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
