Job description

We need dependable and detail-oriented pressure washer to join our team for casual labourer on-call work. The ideal candidate will operate pressure washing equipment and extendable telescopic tucker poles to restore surfaces such as driveways, deck, siding, and concrete, for residential, commercial, and strata buildings. This role requires physical fitness, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Safley operate and perform high-quality pressure washing on exterior surfaces of buildings, ensuring thorough cleaning and maintenance.
  • Apply cleaning solutions safely and as need for specific surfaces.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
  • Lift and move heavy equipment as necessary to facilitate cleaning operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to satisfaction.

While prior pressure washing experience is preferred, we are excited to consider candidates with strong work ethic skills and a passion for learning who are eager to contribute to our dynamic environment. The qualified entry level applicants can advance quickly for salary raise. Great for first time employment or casual employment (students).

SKILLS FOR JOB:

· Experience working on roofs with fall protection safety harness an asset.

· Comfortable with heights, including working from ladders.

· Experience using a pressure washer for residential and commercial use an asset.

· Experience using a tucker extension pole is an asset.

· Physical strength, stamina, and coordination to permit the performance of manual outdoor work in all weather conditions.

· Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.

· Punctual and dependable

· Clean cut, presentable, and respectable

· Ability to take instruction and willingness to learn.

· Have great diligence and splendid work ethic.

· High standards, attentive to detail
