About you and the role
We're hiring a Director of Partnerships to build, run, and scale the next era of PartnerStack's partner ecosystem. This is a leadership role, but not the kind where you sit back and assign tasks. We operate lean. We value pace. You'll roll up your sleeves, own critical outcomes, build new motions, and shape how modern B2B partnerships actually work.

What you'll do

  • Design and execute PartnerStack's partnership strategy across agencies, services firms, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and technology partners
  • Manage high-impact partner relationships directly in the early stages, before scaling headcount
  • Build repeatable playbooks for recruiting, activating, enabling, and growing partners, using PartnerStack itself as your operating system
  • Identify new categories of partners that expand our reach, influence deals, and accelerate inbound and marketplace demand
  • Build and manage a revenue-aligned partner pipeline across sourced, influenced, co-sell, and co-service opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to bring partners into deals at the right moment and shorten cycles
  • Co-sell and co-market with top agencies and strategic partners to drive expansion and new business
  • Surface partner-led acquisition paths and upsell/cross-sell opportunities that increase marketplace value
  • Leverage AI daily to accelerate research, onboarding, reporting, forecasting, and partner enablement
  • Build modern workflows and automations that make PartnerStack's partner motion a benchmark for the industry
  • Build, coach, and lead a lean partnerships team, scaling as the function matures
  • Roll up your sleeves early: own accounts, run motions directly, and model what "excellent" looks like before delegating

You're a great candidate if you...

  • Have 5+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, alliances, channel, or agency leadership
  • Have led or built partner programs, ideally working with agencies and/or technology partners
  • Are hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable operating with lean teams
  • Think in revenue, not activity and know how to build influence/sourced/closed-won impact with partners
  • Use AI to automate, optimize, and accelerate your daily work
  • Communicate with clarity, push cross-functional alignment, and know how to move deals and relationships forward
  • Want to help shape how the category leader defines "modern partnerships"

Why you'll love working here
PartnerStack is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing how SaaS companies go to market and scale revenue with partnerships. Beyond challenging the status quo and innovating great products, we aim to build a kickass company.

We set every team member up for success so they can feel energized about their work, be passionate about excellence, and have room to learn every day. That means you can experiment with creative tactics, have the freedom to fail and bounce back stronger — and make a career of a lifetime.
