What You Need to Do to Excel:

  • Learn and identify the financial concerns, priorities, and long-term goals of affluent clients, and effectively bring awareness to key planning gaps.
  • Communicate with affluent clients in a polished and professional manner across virtual meetings, in-person discussions, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Understand and support strategies to attract affluent clients who will benefit most from our senior planners' advanced solutions.
  • Engage confidently with affluent clients face-to-face at client events, seminars, and private meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule high-impact meetings between affluent clients and planners, and actively support planners throughout the closing process.
  • Track client interactions, outcomes, and next steps, providing clear and detailed appointment recaps within our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets required for career advancement.
