Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a retirement home setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to collect and analyze data, and a commitment to ongoing research and improvement in patient outcomes. Experience with electronic health record systems such as Yardi EHR would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients in conjunction with the wellness team in a retirement home setting.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans In collaboration with the Director of Wellness

- Provide pain management solutions tailored to individual patient needs.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health systems.

  • Renew prescriptions for patients rostered to you within the retirement home as needed

Qualifications

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.

- Valid medical license to practice in the province of Ontario.

- Experience in a retirement home setting preferred.

- Strong skills in data collection and analysis for effective patient management.

- Proficiency in pain management techniques and protocols.

- Experience with electronic health record systems such as Yardi EHR is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
