Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in Edmonton, AB. The Technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of generators, compressors, and light towers. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing equipment malfunctions, performing routine servicing, replacing or repairing defective parts, and ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills including equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and repair proficiency
- Expertise in the maintenance of generators, compressors, and other mechanical or electrical systems
- Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to ensure compliance in all maintenance activities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Capability to manage tasks independently and efficiently while adhering to company guidelines
- A valid driver's license is required; experience with forklifts or other equipment operation is an asset
- Relevant technical certifications, licenses, or a background in mechanics or a related field is preferred
