We have an immediate requirement for an experienced caregivers. Please ONLY apply when you meet the Job Requirements and Qualifications listed below.

Job Requirements:

  • The Caregiver must be able to use a smartphone to clock in and out (for payroll purposes) and put daily visit care notes in our care system.
  • Only candidates who are legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered.
  • Must pass a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector check (CRC-VS)
  • Must be compassionate, honest, reliable, confident and highly sociable
  • Required: Valid CPR and First Aid Training Certificate
  • Required: Valid Food Safety Certificate
  • Require: TLR (Transferring Lifting Repositioning) Certificate
  • Required: Personal Care Worker Certificate
  • Preferred but not required: reliable transportation.
  • Qualifications and Caregiving Duties:
  • Parkinson's / Dementia Care
  • Light Housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Personal care – toileting, sponge bath, dressing/grooming, Continence Management, feeding
  • Medication reminders
  • Companionship – conversation, reading stories, singing
  • To provide physical and emotional comfort and safety to the client
  • Transferring, Lifting, and Repositioning
  • Transport to appointments and errands
  • Work Schedules:
  • Weekday and Weekend
  • Day, Afternoon, and Evening shifts
  • Overnight shifts

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Previous experience with caring for older adults and people with disabilities preferred

Work Location: Regina and surrounding areas, Saskatchewan
