Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager with an HVAC hands-on construction background that will be responsible for the delivery of HVAC repairs, replacements, and project status for a large scale environment with over 1000 locations that need to be serviced. his role ensures that all HVAC systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician with HVAC installation and knowledge of all steps/timelines/scheduling of the install
- 2+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing multiple sites and projects (hands-off)
- Successfully passed the Certificate of Qualification exam administered by Skilled Trades Ontario
- Experiencing managing new installs and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and successful completion of work
- Lead and manage multiple HVAC projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with format development, facilities maintenance, and construction PM's to ensure timelines and schedules are being met.
- Oversee HVAC system design reviews, installation, commissioning, tuning/OEM, and performance testing.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to leadership and clients.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and control procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in HVAC program delivery and operational efficiency.
- Experience reporting data and presentation with tools such as Excel and Powerpoint to the business
- Great communication skills
