New or Recent Graduate Finance Professional

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you will be part of the Finance Department. This role is specifically designed to develop the successful candidate into a Finance professional, supporting a long-term career at Agnico Eagle. You will support operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while learning and growing in a dynamic mining environment.
- Support operational excellence, financial integrity and continuous improvement.
- Assist with daily finance tasks, including data entry, reconciliations and reporting.
- Support the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts.
- Participate in audits, compliance activities and internal controls reviews.
- Participate in safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety and responsibility.
- Contribute to environmental stewardship and compliance efforts.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects and support technology adoption.
- Learn to use finance related software and tools.
- Take part in training and development opportunities to build your technical and leadership skills.
- Benefit from mentorship and guidance to progress towards professional finance or accounting certification.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field (graduated within the last 2 years or soon to graduate).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator and team player.
Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and Agnico Eagle's values.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Your Work Schedule:
Schedule\: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
You must be willing to work on a rotational schedule at a remote mine site.
