About Us
West Sight Optical is an independently owned optical practice located at 490 Wonderland Rd S, London, Ontario. We are now planning the opening of our new second location, and we are seeking a Head Optometrist who will play a key role in establishing and leading clinical services at this new site.
The clinic will officially open once we welcome the right doctor to join us. This position offers the unique opportunity to help shape the setup and flow of a brand-new exam space.
Position Overview
We are looking for a patient-focused, detail-oriented Optometrist to oversee the clinical aspect of our upcoming second location.
The Head Optometrist will maintain full clinical autonomy and provide care in accordance with all standards set by the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
This role includes the ability to participate in designing your exam room, selecting preferred layouts, and helping create an efficient clinical workflow that supports high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations following College guidelines
- Provide accurate prescriptions and vision assessments
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD)
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Optometrists of Ontario
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Interest in building and shaping a new clinic space
- New graduates welcome
