Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Label Printing Industry

Location: Scarborough, ON

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may extend to 5:30 PM as required)

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services offered by the company.
  • Process customer orders accurately and manage customer accounts efficiently.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Offer technical guidance related to label printing processes when needed.
  • Track, document, and report customer feedback to improve overall service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Previous experience working in the label printing industry (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or account management experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Driving license preferred but not required.
