The Role

We are seeking a part-time Registered Psychotherapist
to join our team as an
independent contractor
. This role is well-suited for therapists who want flexibility, a steady referral flow, and the freedom to focus on clinical work without taking on the full weight of running a private practice alone.

This position offers
primarily daytime availability
, with some evening options depending on demand. You will have autonomy over your caseload and schedule within the clinic's available shifts, while still being part of a supportive and professional team.

Our clinic provides
administrative and marketing support
, allowing you to spend more time doing what matters most, working with clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing individual, couple, and/or family psychotherapy in a safe, professional, and non-judgmental environment
  • Conducting intake assessments and collaboratively developing treatment goals and plans
  • Delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions tailored to each client
  • Maintaining clear, timely, and ethical clinical documentation using our electronic system
  • Managing your availability and bookings through our online booking platform
  • Processing client payments and issuing receipts as needed
  • Adhering to CRPO ethical, legal, and professional standards
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
  • Collaborating with the clinic owner or team when appropriate for consultation or support

Who We're Looking For

  • Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) or Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with CRPO
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with a range of presenting concerns
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative clinic environment
  • Clear professional boundaries and strong ethical awareness
  • Reliable, organized, and committed to high-quality client care
  • Comfortable offering therapy in-person and virtually
