Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our fruit processing facility in the United States. This role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards aligned with our company's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment.
  • Manage and train team members to optimize productivity.
  • Oversee equipment operation, including forklifts and power tools.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement improvements.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance to meet product standards.
  • Report on production performance to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or factory supervision.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and power tools safely.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with assembly lines and warehouse operations.
  • Previous experience in fresh fruit processing is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
