WE ARE HIRING: JUNIOR MARKETER (Part-Time)

Matrix Labs is building the future of blockchain + AI. Our flagship platform, WORLD3, enables community-driven token economies and Web3 experiences with massive growth potential. We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketer to support our global and Korean market growth.

QUICK FACTS


• Location: Fully Remote


• Type: Part-time (4 hours/day)


• Standup: Daily 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM PT (Attendance required)


• Compensation: 1,000 USDT per month (Fixed)


• Probation: 3 months (Potential to transition to Full-time based on performance)

• Open to all educational backgrounds. We value your experience, skills, and passion for Web3 over degrees.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT


• All work (including social media) must be conducted in ENGLISH.


• Korean proficiency is required for Korea-specific tasks.


REPORTING & COLLABORATION


• Reports to Head of Marketing (Director)


• Works with Product Manager (PM) and the Marketing Team

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a writing-heavy role focused on community engagement, social content, and market research across DeFi, NFT, and crypto ecosystems.

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Assist Business Development for the Korean market.


• Plan and manage social content (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Medium, etc.).


• Manage KOL relationships and Discord communities.


• Conduct market sensing, benchmarking, and competitive research.


• Support community events (AMAs, online events) and content initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)


• 1+ year of relevant marketing/crypto experience.


• 6+ months as an ambassador or moderator for a crypto project or exchange.


• Solid knowledge of Web3, Crypto, and AI platforms.


• Experience trading crypto assets (Spot & Futures) on 3+ different exchanges.


• Experience with NFTs, DeFi, or arbitrage.


• Strong writing and documentation skills in English (Korean is a plus).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (GOOD TO HAVE)


• 6+ months managing crypto communities (Discord, Telegram, Kakaotalk).


• 6+ months operating content channels (Blog, YouTube, X, Telegram).


• Currently residing in Korea with excellent Korean content writing skills.


• Experience with WORLD3 platform or holding $WAI tokens.


• Experience planning AMAs, meetups, or community events.


• Basic image and video editing skills.
