Job Title: Learning and Development Leader

What You'll Need to Have

  • Human Resources Expertise:
    Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a complex or international environment.
  • Talent Development Experience:
    At least 3 years of experience in leadership development, competence management, and/or succession management.
  • Proven Impact:
    Demonstrated success in developing people and driving organizational growth.
  • Global Collaboration:
    Experience working within a global matrix organization and/or leading global projects.
  • E-Learning Development Expertise:
    Hands-on experience with
    Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline)
    — this is a
    core requirement
    .
  • Learning Design Skills:
    Strong ability to design and develop engaging, learner-centered content using Articulate or similar tools.

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

  • Drive Global Learning Implementation:
    Ensure global tools and learning offers are effectively utilized and continuously updated—particularly in leadership, team, and change development programs.
  • Lead Leadership Development Programs:
    Manage the rollout, delivery, and enhancement of global leadership initiatives and assessment tools.
  • Facilitate Leadership Training:
    Serve as an internal expert in leadership, designing and delivering impactful workshops and learning sessions.
  • Support Organizational Development:
    Design and facilitate change and team interventions to improve collaboration, performance, and organizational culture.
  • Collaborate Across the People & Culture Function:
    Uphold a high standard of excellence by identifying, adapting, and delivering relevant leadership, team, and change development content to key audiences.
