Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our company and supporting operations in various field operations.. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for training development, and a strong safety culture.

Applicants Must have:

-Minimum tickets requirements: Valid First Aid, CSO, H2S Alive.

-Valid Driver's licence with clean 3-year abstract

-Field experience in oil and gas, pipeline experience an asset.

-Computer skills.

-Occupational Health and Safety Training

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for crews in the field, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate safety needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with all teams within Carbonex.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all field operations.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for enhancing client satisfaction.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a field representative or similar role is required.
  • Experience hands-on problem-solving is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
