Position Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our Orangeville office. This hybrid role combines customer service excellence with dispatch and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing delivery operations while maintaining strong communication with customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for customers inquiries
  • Support dispatch of orders for fuel, propane, and lubricate deliveries.
  • Invoice, batch, file, reconciliation daily transactions
  • Apply bank payments and reconcile customer accounts as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for trucks using dispatch and GPS software.
  • Monitor customer tank levels via remote systems to plan proactive deliveries.
  • Update delivery statuses and respond to real-time changes (e.g., weather, traffic).
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, route changes, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
  • Support weekend dispatch operations and logistics coordination.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or logistics.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch/GPS software (training provided).
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics or business is an asset.
