WE'RE HIRING: F45 TRAINER (PART-TIME)

F45 is more than just a gym—it's a high-energy, team-based training environment that's changing lives daily. And now we're on the lookout for a Part-Time Group Fitness Trainer to bring the to our sessions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (must be current)

  • 2+ years of training or coaching experience

-Flexible availability (6am/7am Mornings, 5pm/6pm Evenings, weekends)

-Passion for fitness and helping people level up

  • Reliable, coachable, and always ready to bring good vibes

-Confident in cueing movement, motivating a group, and walking the studio like a boss

-Able to connect with members, give technical corrections, and still keep it fun

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

-Love high-fives, fist bumps, and loud playlists

  • Know how to balance form cues with hype

-Have F45 experience (as a member or coach)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and motivate members through F45 sessions with energy and purpose
  • Deliver correct technical coaching and dynamic movement demos
  • Be a team player and support other coaches in creating a world-class experience
  • Build relationships with members and help keep them accountable
  • Bring the energy—every single session
