Job DescriptionWe have an opening for a Proposal Advisor for our Operational and Digital Technologies team. The person we're looking for must be curious, have good interpersonal skills, a talent for technical writing and a keen sense of service offerings. You will report to a senior manager and work together to ensure the quality of all documentation. You'll work at one of our Quebec offices, with the possibility of working in a hybrid format (telecommuting and in-office presence). Primary Responsibilities
- Read and understand tender documents
- Organize meetings to prepare service offers
- Coordinate bid preparation activities
- Write content for service offers
- Maintain up-to-date project databases
- Prepare project summaries in the form of 1-2 page texts
- Integrate texts prepared by content specialists
- Ensure that the final bid complies with tender requirements and the firm's standards.
- Participate in the development of technological tools
- College or university degree in a writing-related field (professional communications, public communications, journalism, translation, etc.) or other relevant training.
- Between five (5) and ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual (spoken and written English/French): bilingualism is an essential requirement for this position, as it enables effective collaboration with our various stakeholders across Canada.
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 suite tools (mainly Word and Teams); knowledge of Visio and SharePoint an asset
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and business acumen are among the qualities in demand.
- Ability to handle several projects in parallel
- At ease in a constantly changing environment
