Breeze Pilates is a boutique studio that takes care of clients by offering 1:1 or 1:2 classes. We are passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping others achieve their wellness goals.

We are looking for skilled and motivated Pilates Instructors to join our team We're kind, supportive people—and we hope you are too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on proper Pilates techniques, safety measures, and the benefits of Pilates exercises.
  • Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels.
  • Maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere to encourage client participation and retention.
  • Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their fitness goals.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-equipped for classes.
  • Foster effective communication with clients to ensure a personalized and positive experience.

Qualifications:

  • Pilates Certification (required).
  • Previous teaching or instructional experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients of all fitness levels
  • Seeking an instructor available to teach on weekday afternoons and evenings beginning in January 2026.
  • Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week. Additional teaching hours can be arranged upon request.
