The Rudding Park team's core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces.

As a commis chef within Rudding Park you will be given full training across all areas of the kitchen and have the chance to work across multiple outlets within the resort. This will enable you to gain experience doing different food styles and services.

You will be working with a strong motivated kitchen team of experienced and passionate Chefs who promote collaboration and diligence.

• Preparation of dishes using the best fresh & local produce.
• Supporting the team working all sections as required
• Taking pride in being responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food for our guests
• Working across all kitchens within the Rudding Park estate, helping you get an understanding of the whole business
• Working well in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure.
• Team player and who can respectfully communicate to the team
• Have a desire to aim for high standards.
• Be reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and passionate in your work
• Deal with deliveries and stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer:

• Enhanced pay - 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
• Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
