As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Evening Shift Manager to help us maintain our high standards during our evening shifts at our new location.

Responsibilities:

  • Shift Management: Oversee and manage evening shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the dinner time team, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Quality Control: Maintain food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for the evening shift.
  • Training: Train and onboard new staff members, ensuring they understand our procedures and customer service expectations.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the shift, seeking solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage flexible schedules for evening shifts to accommodate staff availability.
  • Direct Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to execute restaurant strategies and achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food management role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High standards for quality and customer service.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for the food and hospitality industry.
