Kitchener ON NH Z, Canada Chelsea Gay & Associates Psychotherapy Services Full time

We're looking for a skilled EMDR therapist to join our team in January 2026 who is passionate about healing trauma.

Duties

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations with clients to determine therapeutic need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and progress.
  • Provide EMDR therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in on-site practice meetings and supervision (optional)

Requirements

  • Registered with CRPO in good standing - RP (Qualifying) encouraged to apply
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Active professional liability insurance in Ontario.
  • Available 5-10 hours per week in total.
  • Available to provide in-person sessions in Kitchener, ON one day/evening per week.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, strong time-management and communication skills.
  • Equipped with laptop, high speed internet and a private work space for virtual work.
  • Prior work experience in the mental health field.
