Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced commercial roofer to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in general maintenance tasks, with the ability to perform a variety of commercial roofing repairs and improvements. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work part of a team.

Roofing Maintenance Responsibilities:

min of 2 years of flat roofing experience required

  • Repairs: Help with roof repairs, maintenance, and installation of new materials.
  • Material Handling: Transport and organize materials and tools at the work site.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
  • Support: Assist with technical tasks and project execution.
  • Tool Management: Use and maintain tools safely

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a maintenance person or commercial roofer
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong carpentry skills with the ability to build and repair structures.
  • Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to maintenance tasks.
