Job Description:
What you'll need to have
- University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience
- Perfect command of spoken and written French, and an intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of English is required due to the need to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
What you'll be doing day-to-day
- Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience.
- In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals.
- In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change
- Be the guardian of the Clients Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker and securing that Clients is a caring employer and a great place to work, as well as safeguarding co-worker experience (overall end-to-end - beyond People & Culture experience)
