Community & MDU Partnerships Specialist

The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic force to help grow and strengthen our Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) community partnerships across multiple regions. We're looking for more than just a marketing specialist — we need a community builder who can turn apartment and condo buildings into thriving resident communities and high-performing partnership environments.
As our ideal candidate, you're a natural relationship builder with a sharp eye for market intelligence and a creative approach to problem-solving. You'll take ownership of developing and executing long-term building engagement strategies, working closely with internal cross functional teams to exceed building-level adoption targets in newly opened and priority properties.
Your role blends the art of relationship management with property managers, the science of gathering competitive intelligence and resident insight, and the creativity of designing and executing memorable on-site experiences that drive results. Whether you're leveraging pre-made marketing assets or bringing innovative ideas to life, you'll be instrumental in improving building adoption through trust, presence, and consistent community engagement.
If you thrive in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — and you love turning spaces into communities — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
1) Property Management & Building Relationships
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with property managers, building owners, leasing teams, and onsite staff
- Establish trust and credibility to secure access for resident initiatives and partnership support
- Act as the point-person for building engagement strategy and partnership upkeep
2) Building Engagement Strategy & Execution
- Own the planning and execution of building-level engagement initiatives — including lobby activations, resident touchpoints, and community events
- Deliver resident experiences that drive measurable building adoption and participation
- Execute long-term engagement plans to support sustained performance in each property
3) Market Intelligence & Resident Insight
- Gather and report building-level competitive intelligence, resident feedback, and performance observations
- Identify trends and opportunities that strengthen positioning and improve outcomes
- Keep a pulse on neighborhood dynamics and property management networks to identify additional opportunities
4) Growth Support & Campaign Implementation
- Work with cross functional teams and internal teams to support building-level growth plans and campaign rollouts
- Coordinate and execute promotions, resident communications, and building-based initiatives
- Leverage existing assets while also creating localized solutions that resonate with residents
5) Tracking, Reporting & Accountability
- Track and report building-level results: engagement volume, resident participation, partnership health, and adoption outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of building statuses, contacts, and next-step plans
- Build repeatable learnings and playbooks that can be replicated across regions
What Success Looks Like
In Your First 60–90 Days
- Build strong relationships with property managers and building staff across priority locations
- Launch a consistent cadence of resident engagement and building-based initiatives
- Create a clear building-level tracking rhythm for outreach → engagement → conversion → sustained activity
- Deliver actionable market intelligence that improves targeting and strategy
By 6 Months
- Own a portfolio of buildings with strong partnership health and consistent engagement activity
- Drive measurable adoption improvements through on-site presence, events, and relationship strength
- Become a trusted partner across property management groups and internal teams
- Help refine and scale a repeatable building activation playbook across multiple regions
Who You Are
- A strong communicator and natural relationship builder
- Comfortable engaging property managers, residents, and internal teams with confidence
- Organized, accountable, and able to track building-level progress clearly
- Creative and resourceful — you can execute events and solve problems without needing perfect conditions
- Comfortable in a field-based role that includes travel between buildings and occasional evening/weekend events
- Experience in partnerships, field marketing, community engagement, or B2B outreach is an asset
Bonus Points If You Have
- MDU or property management partnership experience
- Experience executing resident-facing events or community activations
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems
- Background in subscription services, consumer services, or community growth roles
Why You'll Love This Role
This role is built for someone who wants to see their impact in real time. You'll be out in the community, building relationships, strengthening partnerships, and creating resident experiences that drive measurable building outcomes. You'll work with a high-performance team while having the autonomy to innovate and execute.
