Position Details:

  • Type: Contract Position
  • Hours: Flexible scheduling with the potential for 35-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general repairs inside residential properties.
  • Handle exterior repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Manage outdoor maintenance duties, including lawn care and snow removal as needed.
  • Utilize your own tools to efficiently complete building maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Valid License and Vehicle: Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Experience: Proven experience in property and building maintenance or a related field is required.
  • Tools:Need to have your own set of maintenance tools.
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to interact with property owners, tenants and other team members
