Position Details:
- Type: Contract Position
- Hours: Flexible scheduling with the potential for 35-40 hours per week
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs inside residential properties.
- Handle exterior repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Manage outdoor maintenance duties, including lawn care and snow removal as needed.
- Utilize your own tools to efficiently complete building maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Valid License and Vehicle: Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Experience: Proven experience in property and building maintenance or a related field is required.
- Tools:Need to have your own set of maintenance tools.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to interact with property owners, tenants and other team members
