Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in hospitality settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to develop strong organizational and communication skills while providing exceptional service to clients. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a bonus.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes, and public areas
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
  • Room service cleaning
  • Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
  • Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
  • Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to client requests
  • Must follow Brand Standards set by Franchise
  • Training will be provided.

Experience

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and light cooking is desirable
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
