If you're inspired by making a real difference in the lives of children with special needs and their families, we welcome you to apply.As a Nurse Next Door Caregiver, you are dedicated to Making Lives Better and:Always put the child and family at the heart of everything you doBring patience, warmth, compassion, and a nurturing attitudeThink creatively and adapt to each child's unique needsHonor your commitments and build trusting relationships with familiesGo the extra mile—even when no one is watchingYour key duties and responsibilities include:Assisting with personal care, routines, meal preparation, and light housekeepingDelivering care according to the plan designed by the Care DesignerSupporting children with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) within scope of practiceEncouraging emotional, behavioral, and developmental well-beingWorking within your knowledge and experience while practicing safely and competentlyCompleting documentation and records thoroughly and accuratelyAvailability:Flexibility is requiredPart-time hoursCare may be needed mornings, afternoons, evenings.
