About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Partnership Services, the Manager, and Corporate Partnership Services is responsible for 100% fulfillment of all partnership contracts with an emphasis on leading and mentoring a team to deliver first class events, marketing activations and promotions.
Your Focus in this Role:
- Manage a top tier partner relationship by delivering on set forth objectives and achieving 100% contracted asset fulfillment
- Train, develop and mentor a team of specialists by leading through example and bridging the Sales to Service function
- Focus on a solid oversight, understanding and relationships with all partner accounts
- Responsible for the consistency in delivery and approach for servicing corporate partners
- Lead and support the creation and presentation of high-quality presentation decks for corporate partners
- Manages key departmental functions including: Game Notes, Contract Lifecycle, Promotional Schedules, Project Planning Processes as well as Partnership Presentations and Recaps
- Help to establish and build departmental efficiencies through new processes development (Game Notes, Project Management, Calendars, Interdepartmental Engagement)
- Assists the Partnership Service Group to ensure consistency of CRM system use throughout the Sales Cycle
- Works with Partnership Sales Specialists to ensure consistent partnership contract fulfillment, including:
- Consolidated tracking / progress of all partnerships
- Consistent promotion development & communication with partners
- Consistent reporting to partners including season, program and promotional recaps
- Contract tracking
- Liaises with OEG Departments and third party vendors on content development
- Liaises with the Business Analysis team and Director, Corporate Partnership Service on CRM development opportunities for Corporate Sales
- Assists in the strategic development and execution of the partnership services plan, including a robust gifting and hosting platform
- Manages the promotional schedule and works with Game Operations to ensure all partnership elements are incorporated

Education, Experience and Skills:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a relevant Marketing/Communications, Business, or Sport Management Program is required
- 5-7 years of experience in consumer marketing or brand management, in addition to experience in a sales and/or customer service role
- Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory responsibilities is required
- Project management experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of television and/or radio advertising an asset
- Strong knowledge of best practices in corporate customer service and the sponsorship industry
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another CRM platform
- Strong computer capabilities with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Significant experience in the development and delivery of presentations
