Role Description

We are seeking a Certified Financial Planner for a full-time, on-site position located in Kelowna, BC. The role includes developing personalized financial plans, and providing expertise in retirement and estate planning. The Certified Financial Planner will assess financial needs, provide tailored financial plans to assist the lead planner. The position will also involve staying current on financial regulations, market trends, and leveraging cross-disciplinary collaboration with industry specialists.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Personal Financial Planning, and as a Certified Financial Planner
  • In-depth knowledge of Finance, including investment strategies and portfolio management
  • Experience in Retirement Planning, including structuring long-term financial plans
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is required
  • Strong local market knowledge and familiarity with regulatory standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client trust and confidentiality
