Job Duties
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment.
- Load and unload glass panels, frames, and hardware at job sites.
- Assist installers in measuring, polishing, and preparing glass and metal materials and accessories.
- Help install glass railings, partition walls, privacy screens and enclosures.
- Hold and secure materials during installation.
- Apply sealants, gaskets, and spacers under supervision.
- Operate basic hand and power tools used in installation.
- Assist with lifting and moving materials using hands or lifting tools.
- Clean and prepare glass surfaces and work areas.
- Remove old or broken glass and construction debris.
- Deliver construction materials from / to job sites to manufacturer.
Employment requirements
- Minimum High School Education
- Minimum 6 months working experience as construction helper.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
