Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Pizzeria and knowledge of pizza making.
  • Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling best practices.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards within the food industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes, particularly pizzas.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
