Job Description

FLINT is seeking a 1st Year Apprentice Welder for a permanent position in Conklin, AB starting in November 18, 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations, travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications
  • Valid Apprentice Welder ticket.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial welding experience required.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • H2S Alive
  • CSTS20
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Able to provide a clean 5 year drivers abstract with under 6 demerits.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to site.
Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
