What will you do?
Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance. –
Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.
Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must adhere to all safety rules.
Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.

What do you bring?

Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Must have certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
Must have Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
Must have a valid ODP certificate.
Must have at least a Class G Driver's License.
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required.
Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity).
Must be willing to wear a Company-provided uniform.
