We are currently seeking a Registered Master of Social Work (MSW) professional to join our growing private practice team. This role involves providing individual therapy and assessment services to a diverse client base.

About the Position

This is a flexible, hybrid opportunity based in Belleville, with the option to work both virtually and in-person. You will be supported by our dedicated Client Care administrative team, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—helping your clients heal and thrive.

We're seeking a compassionate, professional, and committed therapist who is:

  • Passionate about mental health and trauma-informed care
  • Comfortable working independently within a supportive team environment
  • Driven to provide high-quality therapeutic services

Requirements

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
  • Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Training in trauma-informed modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, somatic approaches)
  • EMDR certification or training is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
