About Us:

Kent Water Purification Systems helps homeowners access safe, clean water through trusted water softeners and RO systems. Join our growing sales team and start building your career in residential home services

What You'll Do:

  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide product information and explain benefits of our water systems.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Support senior sales staff in closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Coordinate with the admin and installation team for a seamless customer experience.
  • Help with marketing initiatives and community outreach as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, motivated, and reliable.
  • Comfortable making calls and meeting customers in person.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus.
  • Bonus: Additional languages (Punjabi, Hindi)
