Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Selkirk, MB. The Sales Associate will assist customers by offering knowledgeable guidance throughout the vehicle selection process. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicle features and benefits, providing financing options, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Associate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the inventory and support sales targets by fostering strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including relationship-building and communication
  • Product knowledge about vehicles, with the ability to learn about evolving features
  • Negotiation, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple customer engagements effectively
  • Ability to work on-site and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or retail is an asset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is advantageous
