Your role, your impact
Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to bring your expertise to a rapidly growing practice? As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technical Advisor, you'll contribute to the development of our service offering in support of the business sectors of the Québec division. You'll leverage your technical skills while helping to position the Innovation and Technology Center (ITC) as a leader, by staying on top of emerging technologies and identifying innovation opportunities within your field.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Data, Analytics, and AI, you'll be responsible for developing and promoting your area of expertise within the organization. This includes collaborating with the Academy team to build team capabilities and implementing the right tools, methodologies, and best practices in AI to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Your day-to-day
- Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain custom AI systems and processes;
- Identify AI opportunities in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and propose innovative, robust, and ethical solutions;
- Support clients in implementing tailored AI solutions, providing technical and strategic guidance at every stage;
- Assist Québec subdivisions during the pre-sales phases of projects related to data, analytics, AI, and automation;
- Contribute to the evolution of a standardized service offering based on client needs and promote it internally and externally;
- Clearly and concisely document solutions, and contribute to their design for RFPs;
- Collaborate with delivery teams in preparing service proposals;
- Develop toolkits and accelerators to ensure service efficiency and quality.
Keys to your success
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics (big data/AI), mathematics, IT, or a related field;
- 5 to 7 years in IT, including 3 to 5 years in AI development;
- Experience in end-to-end design of AI-assisted systems or processes (ideation, development, integration, deployment, evolution, and maintenance);
- Proficiency in technologies across the following categories:
- Programming languages: Python (pandas, scikit-learn, seaborn, PySpark), JavaScript, TypeScript;
- ML frameworks: LangChain, MLflow, scikit-learn, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost;
- Data platforms: Databricks, Apache Spark, Snowflake;
- DevOps/MLOps: Git, container orchestration and monitoring tools;
- Methodologies: Agile.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, natural language processing, or generative AI;
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas and familiarity with others: data analytics, RPA automation, AI, cloud solutions, application modernization, digital transformation strategy, MCP server implementation and development;
- Comfortable interacting with clients at all levels and presenting technical and strategic solutions in meetings or public events;
- Deep understanding of the market and emerging technologies to anticipate trends and propose high-value solutions;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating versatility, rigour, curiosity, and a strong aptitude for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
Extra edge
- Participation in at least one deployment project involving Copilot Studio or equivalent technology, including implementation of generative AI-assisted processes;
- Experience in consulting or client support;
- Knowledge of ethical and data governance issues related to AI.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
