Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Bradford, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and actively contributing to sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a related industry, is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-office presence and remote work flexibility.

Description du poste
Il s'agit d'un poste hybride à temps plein de représentant(e) des ventes basé(e) à Bradford (Ontario), avec une certaine flexibilité pour le télétravail. Le/la représentant(e) sera responsable de la prospection et de la fidélisation de la clientèle, du maintien des relations avec les clients existants et de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente. Ses tâches quotidiennes comprennent la présentation des produits et services, la négociation des contrats, le traitement des demandes de renseignements des clients et la prestation d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel afin d'assurer leur satisfaction. Il/elle devra également se tenir au courant des tendances du marché et contribuer activement aux stratégies et initiatives de vente.
Qualifications
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et de négociation.
- Expérience démontrée dans l'atteinte d'objectifs de vente.
- Capacité d'établir et de maintenir des relations clients durables.
- La maîtrise des logiciels CRM et autres outils de vente est un atout.
- Autonomie, adaptabilité et sens aigu de l'organisation.
- Une expérience d'affaires préalable, de préférence dans un secteur connexe, est un avantage.
- Un baccalauréat en affaires, ventes, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- Disponibilité pour travailler dans un environnement hybride, combinant présence au bureau et télétravail.
