  • This posting is for filling a vacancy in both our CAD Team and Design Team, applications will be considered for both roles. 
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop (with support) and apply knowledge of current and emerging bearing designs.
  • Participate in functional teams with Designers, Process Planners, Applications Engineers, Account Leaders, Outside Sales Engineers, Quality, Planning/ Purchasing etc.
  • Support in the development of prototypes, as well as the rollout of production improvements.
  • Participate in cost reduction initiatives.
  • Interface with customers on technical manufacturing or design projects, supporting Account Leaders and/or Outside Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, Planning and Quality.

Design Intern

  • Review and approving new drawings as well as drawing/process modifications.
  • Implement timely drawing modifications for immediate use on the shop floor
  • Assist with the disposition of defective parts and contribute to scrap reduction efforts.

CAD Intern

  • Create technical drawings for quoting and production purposes.
  • Administer and manage the internal drawing/process change request system
  • Update 3D CAD models and drawings to align with evolving standards, optimize production, or meet any other identified needs
Your Qualifications

Education: 

  • Currently enrolled at a Post-Secondary Educational Institution in an Engineering program
  • Eligible for a 16 month Internship starting May 2026

Skills:

  • Strong technical background
  • Experience with CAD software
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
